Shipping & Return Policy


We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Our policy lasts 14 days after delivery for a full refund minus shipping cost.
If 14 days have gone by since the delivery of the purchased item, you will receive a 50% refund for the cost of the purchased item, excluding shipping cost.
If 30 days have gone since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food cannot be returned. Additional non-returnable items are phone card purchase and some health and personal care items
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain 5 business days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
The nature and safety of food products limit item return. However, items that are defective or damaged in the process of shipping can be returned within 7 days of receiving it.
This means that it needs to be received at our store within 14 days of delivery. We will replace the item, give store credit, or issue refund when returned item is received at our store and deemed fit for a refund

We can replace items if another size of clothing is needed.

Return Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 1747 Texas Parkway, Missouri City, Texas 77489.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
